Student to World Program

Student to World lets youth explore global issues via interactive activities, curated media resources, and stories created by their peers from around the world. Youth explore aspects of their everyday lives and create an action plan to benefit their local and global communities.

Our private, online platform (Canvas LMS) guides facilitators through virtual program training prior to implementation. The platform provides youth with an engaging and safe space to post stories and access resources curated by GNG and global peers.

All registered youth of Student to World will have the option to join a Live Facilitated Event.  5 Facilitated Live Events will be offered at the end of 2021 in November and December and 5 Facilitated Live Events will be offered in May and June.  Exact dates and times for 2021 will be shared in October and for 2022 in April.  Youth must complete at least two modules or video episodes of their topic prior to joining a Facilitated Live Event.

How it Works

Our Online Courses Are Flexible and Easy to Implement

Choose the timing, pace, format and theme for our online course that best support your learning objectives:

Our student-paced offerings allow youth to progress at their own pace.

Our video course offerings allow you to share the course content with the whole class and engage students in collaborative discussions without devices.

Our supplemental live discussion groups allow students to explore topics from multiple perspectives.

Our Facilitated Live Events Engage Students in Real-Time Discussions

Implement our live event format and our skilled facilitators will engage your students in a highly interactive experience, combining content learning on specific topics with small group discussions among students. Choose the live event that best supports your learning objectives from our calendar of offerings.
