CURRENTS '09 $100 Solution
 This year, Semester at Sea is celebrating its 100th voyage. To mark this important milestone, Semester at Sea is partnering with the Rotary Club of Prospect / Goshen, Kentucky and the GNG to execute an international service learning project called the $100 Solution. Entirely student-driven, the project aims to empower young people and communities through small acts of sustainable giving. The $100 Solution poses a simple question: "What can you do to enhance the quality of life in a community?" Students learn problem-solving skills and improve the lives of others through gifts of $100 to individuals and communities.
