Project Voice
This two-part DVD showcases two powerful videoconferences between students in the U.S. and students in Iraq, Voices from Iraq and Iraq Unplugged.

Voices from Iraq was a special episode aired on In the Mix (PBS) in June 2003. It features GNG's first Project Voice, a videoconference meeting between teens in Baghdad and their peers in Bloomfield, Connecticut, shortly before the U.S. invaded Iraq in March 2003.

Iraq Unplugged is a follow-up to Voices From Iraq. It covers a second videoconference between the group of Baghdad teens and their peers in Connecticut school just weeks after the Bush Administration declared an end to major combat in Iraq. more
Darfur in Pieces
Millions of people have been displaced from their homes because of
the crisis in Darfur. In August 2004 the Global Nomads Group team
journeyed to a refugee camp in Chad to learn firsthand about the
lives of the Sudanese refugees who have fled their country as a
